About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities at our facility located at 330 Archdale Drive, Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and hold certifications such as CPO and EPA. This role requires leadership abilities to manage a maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintain the operational efficiency of all equipment and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems and plumbing.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• EPA certification required.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems and plumbing infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain all necessary documentation.
• Utilize CPO certification knowledge to maintain and monitor pool and water systems, if applicable.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and compliance issues.
