POSITION OVERVIEW The Maintenance Supervisor at the SITE/BUILDING manages one (1) Senior Maintenance Tech, and one (2) full-time Janitor, and directs both the strategic operations planning and day-to-day work of the HomeRise Maintenance Department and is responsible for delivering quality maintenance, sanitation, and ensure quality janitorial services of the building. The Maintenance Supervisor, along with the Site Manager, is responsible for executing national and local policies and procedures, which assure that the physical assets, machinery, buildings, grounds, and servicing utilities are optimally maintained in both appearance and function in compliance with all federal and local laws and regulations.
