About The Position

The Collier Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site role in Palmetto, Florida. This position supports and manages the maintenance team to ensure the property meets The Collier Company’s standards. The Supervisor is an expert in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions with a customer service attitude. Responsibilities include repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager or equivalent supervisory position.
Self-starter with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to recruit new vendors and establish long-term relationships.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Proven track record of excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and prioritize.
Commitment to Emergency-On-Call (EOC) participation.
Background checks are an employment requirement.
Completion of candidate assessment is required.

Nice To Haves

Conventional experience a plus.
Experience with using Entrata Property Management Software is a plus.
EPA certified and strong HVAC skill set is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet The Collier Company’s established standards.
Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and implement solutions with a customer service attitude.
Perform repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliances.
Participate in Emergency-On-Call (EOC).
Commit to overtime during the Summer/Fall turn season.
