Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the apartment industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- HVAC and CPO certification required
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Apartment punch work
- Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
- General plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Drywall repair
- Grounds maintenance
- Minimize property expenses through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
- Train, direct, supervise, and motivate maintenance staff
- Ensure the property provides safe, comfortable, and well-maintained housing
- Represent Pedcor Homes Corporation professionally in interactions with coworkers, residents, and the public
