About The Position

KMG Prestige, a premier property management company, is seeking a driven Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges, leads by example, and is committed to creating happy residents through superior customer service and property maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians, manage work order completion, liaise with vendors, handle supply ordering, oversee apartment turns and service requests, and ensure the overall maintenance of the apartment community.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• 5 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
