Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required
• HVAC Certification required
• CPO Certification required
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Availability for on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete service requests, apartment turns, and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure the community is clean, safe, and well cared for
• Lead, train, and motivate maintenance staff to achieve high performance standards
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to control costs and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and occasional holidays
