Responsibilities

Reviewing maintenance schedules and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely vehicle inspections and repairs.
Overseeing daily operations in the maintenance facility, coordinating shifts and assigning duties to technicians.
Providing guidance and support to technicians as they perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Regularly monitoring vehicle conditions, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Facilitating daily briefings to discuss updates, challenges, and innovative solutions.
Staying in close contact with other departments to coordinate service disruptions.
Troubleshooting issues as they arise and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
