Maintenance Supervisor at The Curve Apartments
About The Position
Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a community in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance of the community and grounds area on a 24-hour basis, including supervision, training, and direction of employees. The supervisor will be accountable for handling emergencies, completing preventative maintenance and property inspections, scheduling vendors, managing inventory, and operating within budgetary guidelines. Ensuring the highest level of curb appeal and maintaining accurate records are also key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management maintenance of at least 200 units.
- HVAC/CFC certifications.
- Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than strictly maintenance repair, i.e. janitorial, custodial, etc.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Completion of technical courses a plus.
