They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead second-shift maintenance operations within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years maintenance leadership experience
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, and facility systems
- GMP / HACCP / OSHA familiarity
- Comfortable in refrigerated food production environments

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a shift maintenance team of 10+ technicians
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ensure GMP, HACCP, and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate PMs, emergency repairs, and equipment uptime
- Coach technicians and support disciplinary / performance conversations
- Maintain maintenance records, parts, and supply reporting
- Partner with production leadership to improve equipment reliability
