About The Position
Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. If you have experience in building maintenance, repairs, and leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Experience with building maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily work assignments
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations
- Maintain facility equipment, grounds, and a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff
