Responsibilities

• A general understanding for the repair and maintenance of serviceable machinery
• Ensuring that Maintenance schedules are followed as outlined
• A general knowledge of fire and safety procedures/protocols
• Performing routine maintenance and repair on facility grounds
• Service and maintenance of facility heat and air conditioning units, equipment, and any and all other duties as directed by the NHA.
