We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is proactive with preventative maintenance, and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to serving seniors. The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to assist the Executive Director (ED) in maintaining and operating the physical aspects of the Community. The Maintenance Supervisor will organize, participate in, direct, and supervise the Community maintenance program in an efficient, cost-effective manner, safely meeting residents’ needs in strict accordance with Company policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
