Requirements
- 1-5 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- EPA certification required
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair operations
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Supervise and train maintenance staff and vendors
- Manage maintenance budget and inventory
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on rotation
- Pool maintenance experience a plus
