This role is for a Hotel Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for property engineering, hands-on repairs, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities
- Keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
- Assisting others on the team, including the Chief Engineer, on building and grounds maintenance.
- Providing a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
- Providing professional, courteous service to guests and being accommodating to various requests.
- Being a team player and assisting in other departments when help is needed.
- Being knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
