About The Position
Our Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This role will coordinate daily maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role involves both hands-on work and supervisory duties.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.
- Electrician experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations and staff.
- Plan and prioritize work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Provide hands-on support for complex repairs or emergency situations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
