About The Position

At Bedrock Property Management, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the entire maintenance process for the property. This role involves ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance problems, and performing service requests, requiring a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry. We pride ourselves on providing the best service to our residents and owners, focusing on genuine care and standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
  • Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when no license is required), general carpentry, pool care, and roof and gutter repairs.
  • Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications: EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC), HVAC Certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence).
  • If not currently certified, the selected candidate must obtain the required certification within 60 days of employment.
  • Proven leader, forward thinker, innovative, and driven.

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
  • Plumbing or Electrical Licenses

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire maintenance process for the property.
  • Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
  • Diagnose maintenance problems and perform service requests.
  • Supervise the maintenance of the physical condition of the property.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for upkeep.
  • Oversee the removal of debris and other objects from the property.
  • Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
  • Ensure professional and timely responses to all work orders.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload.
  • Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
  • Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
  • Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
  • Operate computers and other technological devices for email and company software.
  • Successfully execute Bedrock's non-negotiables for service work orders and vacant turn times.
