About The Position

The Briad Group's Hotel Maintenance Supervisor position is for individuals who naturally enjoy fixing things and have a knack for maintenance. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and common areas are fully operational for guest comfort and safety, as well as maintaining a safe work environment for associates. This role requires using technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently, performing routine preventive maintenance on facilities and grounds, and responding courteously and promptly to guest requests to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be assigned other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or similar, REQUIRED
Must be able to work various shifts per week
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be a team player who works well under pressure
General knowledge of technical fields, such as carpentry, painting, and electrical, is expected
Excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to work both in a team and make independent decisions
Excellent visual observation abilities
Must be able to lift 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, climb stairs, etc.

Use your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficiently
Perform routine facilities and grounds preventive maintenance and upkeep

Complete other tasks as assigned
