Requirements

High school diploma or GED required, supplemented with technical school training or equivalent work experience.
Possess Master/Journeyman trade license with certifications in electrical or plumbing highly preferred.
Expertise in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems, with ability to read complex schematics and blueprints.
Creative problem-solving abilities coupled with experience troubleshooting and resolving diverse maintenance issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse customers and convey complex technical information clearly.
Must be authorized to drive a company vehicle, motor vehicle record check required

Responsibilities

Lead and encourage a dedicated maintenance team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of excellence.
Supervises maintenance, from routine repairs to troubleshooting complex issues in mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring efficient functionality across campus facilities.
Lead SSC staff and our sub-contractors for all services provided at the campus.
Cultivate a culture of learning and growth by providing operational training support and empowering team members to excel in their roles.
Uphold safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all relevant regulations and codes.
Cultivate strong relationships with campus customers, proactively addressing their needs and improving our organization's reputation through outstanding service delivery.
