The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of the portfolio under the direction of the Property Manager. This role requires maintaining a professional image and attitude, ensuring the grounds and common areas are neat and orderly, assisting with curb appeal, completing work orders, performing regular maintenance on building exteriors and interiors, maintaining parking areas, keeping an inventory of parts and tools, and turning vacant units within 7 days of move-out. The supervisor is also responsible for changing locks on vacant units, adhering to safety policies, and performing other assigned duties.
