The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for developing and managing business processes and employees that provide cost effective lean maintenance services that ensure equipment reliability, asset preservation, and safe working conditions. This role requires planning, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to achieve strategic operating goals, ensuring consistency between departments, and assuring a safe working environment for employees. The supervisor will develop and maintain a qualified staff to keep all equipment and facilities in safe and efficient working condition, ensuring production equipment meets established specifications. A key responsibility is maintaining a 90% on-time completion of maintenance work orders and monitoring/adjusting equipment to meet or exceed Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets, focusing on rate, yield, and utilization. Minimizing downtime, mitigating defects, and eliminating waste are priorities. Leadership and cross-functional teamwork with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, and Production are critical for new product launches and ongoing production. The role involves active participation in problem-solving meetings (Tier I and Tier II), documenting and driving actions for the respective value stream, and auditing the centerline document system and 5S practices for sustainability and productivity. This position may require overtime and/or weekend work and requires knowledge of and adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures. Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.
