Compensation: $32-$34 an hour + Commissions (Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.) Sign on Bonus: $1,500 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm + On Call The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the maintenance function to ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role coordinates and directs the work of maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers, providing guidance, training, and quality oversight while maintaining high standards of safety, timeliness, and professionalism. The Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with the Community Manager to manage schedules, vendor coordination, inspections, and maintenance priorities that support resident satisfaction and overall property performance.
