Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor at La Vista Embassy Suites is responsible for assisting with the management of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. This role involves planning and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and supplies. The supervisor will coach and support maintenance associates, assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work, all while aligning with Atrium’s Core Values of Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
