Requirements

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to drive the cultural change toward proactive maintenance practices
Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance work management processes
Familiarity with CMMS systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree or technical certification in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
Equivalent technical experience may substitute for formal education
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for maintenance mechanics, technicians, and contractors.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Mueller safety procedures and regulations.
Enforce all company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses
Ensure proper lockout/tagout procedures and safe work practices are followed
Develop technician skills through mentoring and technical development initiatives
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintenance team members
Facilitate effective communication between maintenance, production, engineering, and management
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and standards
Verify accurate completion and documentation of work orders in the CMMS system
Coordinate resources and manpower to meet maintenance priorities and production needs
Participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives
