About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting skill development and safety practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
