Maintenance Supervisor | Full-Time

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time and part-time Maintenance Worker to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous maintenance experience in assisted living, healthcare, or multi-family housing
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
- Completing routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and life safety standards
- Maintaining fire safety systems, emergency lighting, and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance to avoid disruptions in service
- Assisting with apartment turnovers, preparing units for new residents
- Maintaining grounds, including snow removal and lawn care as needed
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors when necessary
- Keeping accurate maintenance logs and documentation
