About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves pioneering technology for mobility experiences that matter to people. The position requires analyzing machine and UAP downtime, labor by Maintenance Technicians, and plant downtime indicators. It also includes managing the weekly preventive maintenance program, analyzing preventive maintenance, issuing weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines, and administering PM software. The supervisor will also be responsible for generating Standard Maintenance work procedures, coordinating weekly TPM meetings, training personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics, and maintaining extraction systems.

Requirements

• Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Industrial Maintenance and TPM
• Spare parts inventory management
• Personnel management
• Siemens PLC
• Allen Bradley PLC
• ABB robot knowledge
• KUKA robot knowledge
• FANUC robot knowledge
• VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar
• IATF 16949 Quality Systems
• ISO 14001:2015 / ISSO 45001:2018
