What Youll Get Competitive pay (based on experience) Monthly & quarterly bonus opportunities Annual raises Generous PTO (120160 hours based on tenure) Paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Stable company with growth opportunities What Youll Do Oversee all maintenance operations for the community Manage service requests, work orders, and unit turns Lead, train, and support maintenance team members Ensure property, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained Coordinate vendors and control maintenance expenses Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies What You Bring 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required) Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs Leadership experience managing teams and vendors Reliable transportation and basic tools Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands Strong communication and customer service skills Why Brookside? Requirements

  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
  • Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Leadership experience managing teams and vendors
  • Reliable transportation and basic tools
  • Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
