The Maintenance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in establishing an embedded maintenance excellence culture within the team, supporting business growth by maximizing asset reliability, availability, and maintainability, while ensuring compliance with Safety and Quality Legal and Corporate standards, with an optimal budget strategy. This role will focus on the technical development of the maintenance team and lead People, Budgeting, and Scheduling, while overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance execution, productivity projects, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through Progressive Maintenance (PM), driving continuous improvement in breakdown eradication, planned corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs, Time/Cycle Based Maintenance, and Condition Based Maintenance. Success will be measured using key metrics including Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale, such as Safety and Quality Incidents Eradication, Volume Attainment, Productivity, Global Efficiency, MTBF, MTBB, MTTR, and Engagement.
