About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. This role involves developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, leading troubleshooting efforts for various system issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will also manage inventory, oversee external contractors, control the maintenance budget, and prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance. Additionally, training and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvement is a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards related to facility maintenance and safety

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field

Responsibilities
