About The Position

Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping a community operating at its best. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee daily maintenance operations while ensuring residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained community. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, apartment turns, grounds and curb appeal, plumbing, electrical, drywall and appliance repairs, as well as training, directing, and motivating maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• HVAC Certification required
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Weekend availability required
• Ability to work occasional holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• CPO Certification preferred
