About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. This role involves managing the CMMS (SAP) for accurate tracking of maintenance activities and costs, developing detailed job plans, and optimizing preventive maintenance programs and backlog. Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent blend of technical training and hands‑on experience
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial maintenance operations
• Demonstrated proficiency with CMMS platforms (ideally SAP or comparable systems) for managing work orders, assets, and maintenance data
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, backlog management, and coordinating labor, materials, and contractor activities
• Ability to be on‑call and work beyond standard hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities (preventive, routine, emergency, and overhaul) to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
• Manage and maintain the CMMS (SAP), ensuring accurate work orders, asset data, and effective tracking of maintenance activities and costs
• Develop detailed job plans and maintenance packages, including labor, materials, and procedures, to enable efficient execution
• Control and optimize preventive maintenance programs and maintenance backlog to improve productivity and balance PM vs. corrective work
