The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Your Next Pour: The Opportunity This role is a key member of the Site, and plays a critical part in delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The successful candidate will bring strong technical credibility, proven people leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset to elevate equipment reliability, technician capability, and overall department performance. The position will work jointly with the primary Maintenance Supervisor to manage Lead EMTs, EMTs and an MSR. Individual will contribute to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by supporting the maintenance team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity. Duties include budget ownership, execution of departmental strategy, and ownership of Maintenance KPIS’s. Additional responsibilities include: Management of hourly EMT’s Dayshift or Off shift Leads maintenance technicians to achieve performance standards with regards to PM completion, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (breakdown analysis). Promote Tropicana's TPM efforts and advance the Preventative Maintenance processes with a manual maintenance management system. Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime. Work closely with suppliers, and coordinate vendors who support maintenance activities. Manage Resource Conservation initiatives. Facilities management Aligns team agenda with Annual Operating Plan objectives. Maintains spending to budget. Develops others by training and coaching frontline employees - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance. Ensures compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization. Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and efficiently, and implements counter measures to eliminate recurrence. Support and implement EHS program elements as they pertain to Maintenance Execute PM pillar strategy as defined by site, Division and national goals. Administer company policies, procedures, and the collective bargaining agreement within the department.
