About The Position

Monarch is a family-owned and owner-managed company looking for a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at North Park Apartments in Evansville, IN. This role is hands-on and assists with unit turns, work orders, and emergency on-call coverage for the property. Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
• Strong plumbing skills
• HVAC experience (prefer hands on experience and either EPA or HVAC certification)
• Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties

Responsibilities

• Assists with unit turns
• Completes work orders
• Provides emergency on-call coverage for the property
