Maintenance Supervisor - Sage at Franklin Park
About The Position
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff. You will train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned. This role involves monitoring the property for any repairs or replacements, completing work requests for common areas and apartment units, and performing preventative maintenance. You will also assess and repair appliances, assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, and handle occasional on-call duties. Creating and maintaining a safe work environment is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
- Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
- HVAC and EPA experience preferred
- CPO certification preferred
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
Responsibilities
