Requirements

• Supervisory experience in property management
• Skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation
• Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry
• At least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
• Deep commitment to apply your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments
• Ability to remain calm in the face of disaster
• Knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Office and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
