We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a reliable service team at a beautiful property in the Louisville area. The role involves handling repairs, turns, and preventive maintenance while creating a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- HVAC expertise and EPA certification
- General maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset
