The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems to maximize productivity and minimize downtime through the plant. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. They will install, maintain and replace automation systems. These responsibilities include troubleshooting component parts, motion sensors, control components, photo sensors, PLC’s, and other automation-related equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor will own contractor management as well as ensuring all techs and contractors follow GMP and Safety policies. This role follows a 2nd shift schedule, working from 3:00pm - 11:30pm, with designated days off on Friday & Saturday.
