Maintenance Supervisor - Brisa at St Augustine
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general and higher-level maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. This role requires responding promptly to resident service requests and participating in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool upkeep, exterior lighting checks, filter changes, and apartment inspections. The position also involves maintaining a clean work area, tools, and equipment, as well as caring for, maintaining, and inventorying all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company. The role requires availability for on-call duties, including weekends and nights, with an associated on-call bonus.
Requirements
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
- Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied).
- Knowledge of OneSite preferred.
Responsibilities
