What you’ll do You will take ownership of the daytoday maintenance operation, working handson with your team to keep equipment, tools, and systems running safely, reliably, and in full compliance with cGMPs and Global Quality Standards. You’ll lead scheduling, performance, development, and workflow oversight, auditing work to ensure quality and driving a culture of safety where hazards are identified and addressed early. As the primary escalation point for emergency maintenance, you’ll act decisively to minimize downtime and protect people and production. You’ll collaborate closely with Plant, Production, Supply Chain, and Supervisory partners to keep operations efficient and aligned—bringing curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement that reflects Nutreco’s Own It mindset. Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a skilled maintenance leader with 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience and at least three years in a supervisory role, someone who brings deep handson knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and both mechanical and electrical systems. You’re comfortable interpreting blueprints, selfmotivated, safetydriven, and committed to high-quality work. You take accountability seriously, uphold rigorous standards, and model the proactive, problemsolving mindset that helps your team succeed. You’ll also need: Strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including pumps, valves, piping, hydraulics, and mechanical/electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Leadership and supervisory experience, including managing schedules, performance, development, and daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced production environment. Safety-first, quality-driven mindset, ensuring compliance with cGMPs, Global Quality Standards, and safety regulations while proactively identifying hazards and maintaining high work standards. Requirements
