Maintenance Supervisor Job
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and provides direct supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Technicians and supplemental contractors as needed. This role is a leader in implementing step changes in safety culture across all maintenance activities, providing daily supervision of maintenance personnel. The supervisor will assist Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering in troubleshooting and maintenance of all fixed equipment, rotating equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, rail systems, utilities, and associated assets within the plant. This position is responsible for the execution of all maintenance work utilizing both internal and external resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of maintenance experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience.

- Associate Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support all fixed and rotating assets.
- Provide leadership for Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation maintenance activities.
- Support reliability initiatives and troubleshooting efforts.
- Receive planned work from Maintenance Planner and manage weekly schedules.
- Coordinate unplanned work and emergent repairs.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel.
- Promote safety, teamwork, and workforce development.
