Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
What You Will Do: Support the management of key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and refrigeration. Assist in planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance activities to ensure hotel assets are well-maintained. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, equipment, and public spaces, identifying and addressing repair needs. Ensure engineering team members have the right tools, supplies, and training to complete tasks efficiently. Provide on-the-job coaching and accountability to associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values. Assist in scheduling team members based on occupancy and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hotel or facility maintenance experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A safety-first mindset and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to lead by example and remain flexible to meet operational needs.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications are preferred.
