Maintenance Supervisor at Level 25 at Sunset by Picerne
About The Position
Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a community in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance of the community and grounds area on a 24-hour basis, including supervision, training, and direction of employees. The supervisor will handle emergencies, complete preventative maintenance and property inspections, schedule vendors, manage inventory, operate within budgetary guidelines, and ensure the highest level of curb appeal. Accurate record-keeping for various maintenance and operational aspects is also a key part of the role.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property management maintenance of at least 200 units.
- HVAC/CFC certifications.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than strictly maintenance repair, i.e. janitorial, custodial, etc.

- Completion of technical courses a plus.
