About The Position
Park Place Student Housing Apartments is now hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves responding to and completing residential service requests promptly, resolving maintenance issues in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, and preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. The position also includes maintaining snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas, and providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- 12+ months of onsite experience
- Multifamily experience
- Must have knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs including electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmith, painting, room turns and other general repairs.
- Possess valid Identification
- Must be energetic and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
