About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient completion of work orders, prompt response to production breakdowns, and adherence to safety and productivity standards. This role involves scheduling and monitoring preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and support production schedules. The supervisor will also lead and develop a maintenance team of 10-20 employees.

Requirements

• Schedule, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance for production machinery, support equipment, and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and meet production schedules
• Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 10-20 employees, fostering skill development and teamwork
