About The Position

This role is responsible for supervising a multi-trade workforce in a manufacturing environment. The supervisor must ensure a safe industrial work environment, interpret blueprints and engineering drawings, and possess knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts. The position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and proficiency in MS Office and email tools.

Requirements

Willingness to work any assigned shift, including daily, weekend, and holiday overtime.
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
Experience in machine, assembly, and/or facility areas.
Knowledge of and ability to ensure a safe industrial work environment.
Knowledge of basic math including trigonometry.
Knowledge of clerical work, data gathering, machine studies.
Experience in supervision of a multi-trade workforce.
Strong knowledge of tooling, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
Successfully completed behavior-based competency assessments (DDI inventories and assessments).
High level of analytical ability for complex problems.
High level of interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, motivation, and output elicitation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge with Lotus Notes or other email communication tools.
Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork skills.
Ability to partner with senior management to analyze and solve issues.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
