About The Position

This role involves supervising and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of plant equipment and systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards. The position also requires identifying and implementing process improvements, supporting troubleshooting, and partnering with other departments to align maintenance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment and systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including training, performance management, and daily direction.
• Oversee and support preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and food safety standards.
• Conduct daily team meetings to drive engagement, communication, and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, training, and system updates.
• Partner with operations and other departments to align maintenance priorities with production needs.
