Responsibilities

Review maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely vehicle inspections and repairs.
Oversee daily operations in the maintenance facility, coordinating shifts and assigning duties to technicians.
Provide guidance and support to technicians as they perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Regularly monitor vehicle conditions, conduct quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Facilitate daily briefings to discuss updates, challenges, and innovative solutions.
Stay in close contact with other departments to coordinate service disruptions.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
