Responsibilities

  • Review maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely vehicle inspections and repairs.
  • Oversee daily operations in the maintenance facility, coordinating shifts and assigning duties to technicians.
  • Provide guidance and support to technicians as they perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Regularly monitor vehicle conditions, conduct quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Facilitate daily briefings to discuss updates, challenges, and innovative solutions.
  • Stay in close contact with other departments to coordinate service disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
