About The Position

Tindall Corporation, a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer in the Southeastern U.S., is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Conley, GA facility. This onsite position is responsible for coordinating, planning, supporting, and supervising maintenance shop activities to ensure preventative maintenance is performed on plant equipment. The role may also involve repairing machinery, plant utilities (electrical, plumbing, etc.), and company-owned trailers. All employees are expected to adhere to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
5 years of Maintenance experience or related experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Vocation or Technical Education is preferred.
2 to 5 years of similar supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assign preventative maintenance duties and equipment repair requests to Maintenance Mechanics.
Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair schedules for company-owned trailers.
Respond to requests by BDS Foremen for emergency repairs to equipment (e.g., flat tires, electrical problems, forklift repair issues).
Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with company safety rules and OSHA regulations.
Plan, supervise, and complete special projects as requested by Plant Manager or Maintenance Superintendent.
Inspect and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical wire, and heating/air conditioning units.
Contact vendors or sales representatives for emergency replacement of critical machinery parts.
