Requirements

• Previous Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC knowledge with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be on-call

Nice To Haves

• CPO certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Manage make-readies/unit turns to ensure timely occupancy
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff and vendors
• Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Uphold curb appeal and overall property condition
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
