About The Position
MAXX Properties is hosting a two-day job fair for Maintenance Professionals, including Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians, in the Denver and Aurora areas. This is an opportunity to learn more about MAXX Properties and their award-winning teams, with the possibility of same-day job offers. The job fair will take place on June 9th and June 10th at Wentworth Apartments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Type II or Universal is required for maintenance supervisors
- Energetic, responsible and organized
- A true team-player mentality
Responsibilities
- Working on-call (rotations)
- Working weekends (when applicable)
